General Employment Training

This training is designed to meet the needs of professionals serving people with severe disabilities who work in institutional, segregated or center-based/workshop settings, non-paid activities or work in the community.  The two-day training is designed to identify and instill the ethical values and philosophy of supporting people with severe disabilities in making informed choices in their work and life.    This training, with a satisfactory test score, is a prerequisite for those attending the Job Coach Training.  Approximately 30 courses are held anually across the State of Oklahoma.
